Terms and Conditions

Provider: Osterville Car Service, LLC d/b/a Osterville Car Service

Validity: Pricing quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Your time slot will not be reserved until your booking is confirmed.
Deposit: A 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation and vehicle.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on the date of service and must be paid in full upon completion of the trip.

Deposit Forfeiture: Any cancellation made within 72 hours (3 days) of the scheduled service will result in the forfeiture of the 25% deposit.
Late Cancellation & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time, or failure to show at the designated pickup location, will be charged the full amount (100%) of the service.

Adjustments: Service exceeding the quoted scope (e.g., additional stops, route changes, or extended wait times) may be subject to additional fees.
Tolls and Fees: Standard tolls and fees are included in the ride cost. Any additional tolls or fees incurred due to client-requested route changes will be added to the final balance.
Gratuity: The ride cost does not include gratuity. While not mandatory, a gratuity of 15–20% is customary for professional service and may be provided to the driver at the client’s discretion.

Strict No-Smoking Policy: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Violation of this policy will result in an immediate $500 fine and potential termination of service without refund.
Sanitization Fee: A minimum cleaning fee of $350 will be assessed for any excessive mess or biological incidents (e.g., vomiting) requiring professional deep-cleaning or vehicle downtime.
Damages: The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle (interior or exterior) caused by the client or any members of their party.

Delays: Osterville Car Service shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, traffic congestion, road closures, or mechanical failure.
Lost Items: We are not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle. Please check the seating area thoroughly before exiting.

Payments are accepted through PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Square, or Cash. Other methods of payment may be accepted upon client request.
